The first item: compulsory boot
The previous preamble is an integral part of this contract and complements it and reads and interprets with it.

The second clause: the subject of the contract
The subject of this contract is for the second party to take advantage of the reservation service provided by the first party on chartered aircraft to transport passengers from the United Kingdom (Britain) to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

The third item: the obligations of the first party
The first party is obliged to deliver the second party a copy of the ticket within 24 hours after confirming the receipt of the amount and entering into its regular accounts or direct payment in one of our branches as they have shown

The first party is also obligated to fully maintain the confidentiality of the information of the second party

General Conditions

1. This trip is a one-way charter, subject to the provisions and conditions of the regulations in force in the Civil Aviation Authority of both countries.
2. The cost of the price for an adult and a child is 3500 riyals and an infant is 700 riyals
3. The allowed weight is 30 kilos for you passenger
4. The sales team will be contacted immediately after registration, and the issuance of the ticket will be the priority of registration and payment

Acknowledgment
I acknowledge that the agreement in its interpretation and implementation is subject to the relevant regulations and instructions in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and therefore the parties must adhere to the relevant provisions of Islamic Sharia and all laws, regulations and instructions issued by any local authority or an official body with jurisdiction, bearing in mind that we completely disclaim our responsibility in the event that a passenger is refused Any passenger for any reasons, whether security or political, is not entitled to claim any sums as a result of this matter
